Weekly mowing and winter plowing are billed at the end of each month. Larger one-time projects — installs, excavation, drainage work — are split into a deposit up front and a final payment when the work is done.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Routine mowing doesn't require one. For bigger projects we'll put the scope and pricing in writing so we're both clear on what's included before we start.
